joy

Do you have it? Do you want it? How do you get it?

I have joy in my life. Am I in the minority? I don't think so. If you don't have it, maybe it's because you don't recognize it.

I do know joy when it slaps me in the face.

What about you? Do you have a moment to share, a joyous slice of time?

By the way, what do you do now that brings you joy? Do you have something but don't feel like you're worthy enough to do it? I believe one of our purposes here on earth is the pursuit of joy. If you are not doing anything about bringing joy into your life, what's holding you back?

I'm just asking...

  1. Seeker: I am happy to say that even in the darkest day I can find something to feel joyful about. Your post is a nice reminder to look for the joy on the inside--not in the outer.
I really love how you are mixing up the outfits and the philosophy posts.
And, I love her red dress and red hair. Really cute painting.

I must say parts of my life really suck... like the fact im the only one out of all my girlfriends to never have a serious relationship and im 18. and boys can be really crap sometimes to me... my parents also having problems at the moment but i can honestly say thats it :)
I find joy in so many places. Mostly my TV at the moment! haha just watching a film i love can really make my day. days out with the family always give me joy. erading recently aswell.
But going to new york was probably the most amazing thing ever. the whole trip i felt i was in pure joy! I was 100% happy because it was everything I ever wanted :)

  6. Hey seeker, this post reminds me of a movie I saw recently that I liked very much: Happy Go Lucky. It's a film set in England and if you have a chance, should check out.
