TO – 11/23 – it was a cute corporate look…
I was ready to take my shots. I made the first position… and Hubby said “This isn’t working”.
I panic… what????
Yes, the camera was almost dead, very sick.
Hmmmm…. Now I’m trying to figure a solution until we get a new camera.
But I’ll continue to blog as often as I could, since you know I’ve been very busy and it will be like this until New Year.
Take care you all!!!!
Update - I just opened Bloglovin'.... I've 395 new posts to check... Hmmm... could I end this task???

TO – 11/21 - inspired by the country-folk style… because it’s cold…
Does anyone remember from when is the folk style fashionable? I am no longer able to put an accurate date to it.
Some keys to wear it are earthy colours combined in boots or booties worn with jeans, long shorts or miniskirts. Then a nice cardigan or a coat achieves the high point.
With these in mind I worked my today’s outfit with a mix of grunge, because after yesterday’s storm the weather got cold.
A nice weekend to all.

She wore blue velvet... Bluer than velvet was the night...
From 1940s sombre, practical post-war tailoring to the power-drenched '80s diva, there's no denying that this season is all about women's empowerment - no matter which decade you frame it in. - Harper's Bazaar about Fall/Winter 2010 trends
Velvet is no longer underground, and I’m delighted to see a trend with beautifully crafted pieces instantly reminding us of the Jazz Age, when women were divinely chic, polished and utterly feminine.

Mainly colours are berry, grape, gold and black.

TO – 11/17 - yesterday I took too many risks…
My yesterday’s outfit was the case.
I mixed the stripes with plaid in different colours and I wore my new black suede (well, not thigh high, just almost over the knees) boots.
I just love my new boots!!!! They’re so comfortable… and yet a bit sensual.
This skirt was customized (some years ago) with zippers on each side and two zippers on front. You can see it better here.

TO – 11/16 – I feel like I miss something… thank you for the feature…
This morning it was so complicated for me to get dressed….
The temperature dropped suddenly but it’s still warm by midday. I haven’t unboxed all my fall/winter clothes and besides I’m with NO inspiration (it seems I’m with a never ending fashion crisis…)
As lovely and talented LENORENEVERMORE, I guess “I'm into grey with pop of colors in the accessories lately...” However all day I felt that I had less accessories than usual.
I want to thank so much the charming Jules for featured me here. Thank you dear!
I really suggest you to check his blog, always with interesting matters, and share some love.

TO – 11/11 & 11/12 – what’s going to happen to Luella brand? …. different vibes looks…
Apologies for the erratic posting and the sporadic visits, I’ve been busy and with some dead lines.
Moreover I had an asthma attack that made me feel very uncomfortable. I went to the doctor and yes I’m already doing my treatment. I’m feeling a lot better, despite not all well.
So how did this Friday 13th go for you? Hope great…. :)
But besides Lady Gaga wearing Alexander McQueen’s shoes, another buzz on the blogosphere that made the world gone crazy was the fact that Luella lost her backing on Tuesday.
There's a #saveluella campaign going strong on Twitter, even Alexa Chung, and a Save Luella group on Facebook (I didn’t check it).
However the only way to really save Luella, and who knows if it'll even work, is to buy Luella, I guess.
Prices get lower and lower on Luella.com. Maybe she is telling investors she is going to reposition her designs at a lower price point, but could this encourage investors to look positively at this brand?
On another note, layering is the best choice to an unstable weather, you can start one way and finish another as it happened to me last Wednesday.

Lady Gaga and the Alexander McQueen’s shoes…
When Alexander McQueen suddenly changed the final song of his Spring show last month to play for the first time the Gaga Song it was a sign that something was going to happen…
I thought the lobster-claw shaped "Armadillo" shoes were meant to be in a museum but Gaga can grab the gear straight from the catwalk…
Either you love Gaga or hate her one thing is sure, one can never go on impassive with her.
Lady, I salute you…

featuring one of Westrags' fall wares…
Westrags is an on-line store with affordable outfits and accessories for every occasion. Plus Westrags delivers all over the world which is very important for some of us, like me.
And if you don’t feel comfortable with English you can choose other language from this front page.
Westrags is one of those sites where I can spend way too much time fantasy shopping. They always seem to have something that ends up on my wish list.
So when they contacted me to try out and feature one of their new fall wares I was understandably excited.
The chosen piece was the Nidi Dress and I was even more excited when I opened the bag and saw how perfect it was.
With some different vibes it can be a versatile piece, which you can style to be worn to a corporate work and also to a night out.
You can layer it with other pieces to go to work and feel warm and comfy, like this:
But you also can put it on to a night out, for instance as this:

However I’m sure you will see this dress styled in different ways as I’m planning to wear it often.
dress - Westrags' Nidi Dress (gift)
Westrags also has an interesting blog, the Westlog where you can know everything that may happen in Westrags and also see articles about fashion in general, about the styles on trend, bargains and discounts, and fashion tips: hairstyles, make-up, clothing, etc.
I noticed that Westrags is carrying a quantity of nice items from their fall line so I should be heading over that way right about now to see if I can get my hands on some.

TO – 11/04 & 11/05 - ...the weather is still so warm, could this be Saint Martin's Summer?... expect a different post on the weekend…
We are already on November and the weather is still so warm. Could this be Saint Martin's Summer?
Are you asking what’s Saint Martin's Summer?
Well, in Portugal, where the saint's day is celebrated across the country, according to the most prevalent variation of the cloak story, Saint Martin cut off half of his cloak in order to offer it to a beggar and along the way he gave the remaining part to a second beggar.
As he faced a long ride in a freezing weather, the dark clouds cleared away and the sun shone so intensely that the frost melted away. As this evolution was extremely odd for the time of the year (early November), it is credited to God's intervention.
The phenomena of a sunny break to the chilly weather on Saint Martin's Day (11 November), which curiously enough still occurs today is called "Verão de São Martinho" (Saint Martin's Summer) in honour of the cloak legend.
