"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Philippians 4:4-7

Today is a very important day for me. It’s the anniversary of one of my turning points which I’ve also celebrated here, here and here, For all the reasons I must rejoice. Sometimes life makes me forget that… but the Universe always brings me back to REJOICE.

  1. What a beautiful post ..inspiring and a great reminder to remember how far we have come ... this is something that I am working on to celebrate the turning points that help me to move forward.. one step at a time...

Wishing you a wonderful week-end and many blessings my friend.. xo HHL

P.S. I am freezing your piece of cake xo

  2. Celebrating the anniversary of a major turning point in your life. I went to the "here", "here", and "here". I'm not sure I ever read the account of your accident...

On this day in 2011, I'm interested a further progression in your spirituality as you quote from the Bible which refers to "the Lord", "God" and "Christ Jesus".

Beyond the Universe, I have found THIS Entity to be Personal and Satisfying. Beyond "spirituality" I have found redemption and purpose in Relationship with the God who created the Universe.

I share your resolve to "rejoice" - to celebrate the love and plan of the One who HAS loved and continues to love me beyond my wildest dream!

  3. O caminho em direcção ao Amor e à Luz, que nos foi ensinando por Jesus Cristo é aquele que nos leva à felicidade.

  4. Wow I read through I had no idea about your car accident I am glad you shared this and You are such a beautiful person you should rejoice!!! I also was in a very bad car accident when I was 18 I was not wearing my seat belt and was thrown from the car and hit a tree...God is good He spared my life as well ~rejoicing with you ~Love Heather

  11. Thought I would comment and say neat theme, did you make it for yourself? It's really awesome!

  12. To Anonymous:
Yes I make it for myself, because sometimes I forget that I'm still here because I was given a second chance (if you read the entries you know I survived a bad car accident).
So sometimes I have to stop and think about what happened to go on track again.

Thank you for visiting my humble blog! I read all your comments (even though I don't reply often) with great care. So keep them coming! Love to everyone :)
