to you Mom...

It’s the first time in my life that I don’t hear your voice on your Birthday Mom.
I wish Heaven had a phone so I could hear your voice again.
I thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll never part. God has you in his arms, I have you in my heart.

May the Light be with You!

(I have already published this video here on this blog, but it’s just a song I feel so related and shows a bit of my mood that I had to post it again.)

the more I see, the less I know...

Yes, I’ve been hidden…. Why???

Well, mostly for two reasons:

I’ve been sooooooo busy at work that every other thing I do requires much more energy than usually (and it’s not going to end soon);

Also I’ve been with what somehow I could call an existential crisis. I feel that collectively we are here to develop and evolve. As individuals we have different talents and abilities which first of all, we inherently need to express, and secondly are able to contribute to others. We all have something to offer ourselves and each other, and that's what I think we're here to do. We're here to evolve, express, experience and share. However I can't see a way forward from where I am. So this makes me feel bad with me at many levels!!!!

And I just want to be in my shell…

Meanwhile my dear blogger friend Jesse Noe Mendez tagged/awarded me with ~ Staffetta dell'amicizia ~ . Thank you so much my dear friend. I will do a post about it (I don’t promise when….)

Well, the weather has been very good (better than in summer), so today I did like the snail……. catching some sun….

Oh and showing my new cat eyes sunnies!!!

with a military vibe….

Hello my dear readers and blogging friends!

It was a tough week!!! Lots of work at the office (I’m in the middle of a big project of a new software, in the team that is doing tests) which has been taking me much time and making me too exhausted that some days I even haven’t opened m laptop.
And it will continue next week….. “how great”…. (lol)

My country is crossing also a big economic crisis with some political issues and austerity measures have been announced. Tax increases, salary reductions… between others. All this is making people very nervous…including me of course.

On Wednesday I took these pictures but had no time to publish them. By the way I’m so in love with my satchel that I have been living with it. I think it’s such a great bag for a business woman for practical reasons and for the power feeling.

I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend!!! Until…..

rainy and windy Saturday…. let’s go casual….

Hello my dear readers and blogging friends. Hope all is great with you.

I’ve been extremely busy and concerned at the office which makes me feel much tiered when at home and just do what is just priority.
And maybe this will continue almost until Christmas… so I don’t promise to post regularly (nor check your blogs, sorry).

And here we are already in the middle of the weekend, Saturday is almost over and Sunday I’m sure will pass so quickly that I will enter the working week with the feeling that I wish I had more time to all that I wanted to do.

But this weekend we have such a bad weather!!! Wind, rain and chill.
I didn’t even get a place outdoors to take some shoots because of the rain, so I had to do it inside, in my living room.

As some of you know I’m doing some renovations at home and one thing I did was to replace my cream curtains for some fuchsia ones, creating a brighter environment.
But just today I realize that we must take care when taking pictures, because the light trough the curtains gives the photos a slightly pink tone as you can see below in my casual outfit shoots.
Let’s pretend it’s on purpose, it’s arty…. (lol)

By the way I put this look on Chicisimo, since I’m wearing a Westrags piece I’m in for theirs contest. So if you find my casual look cool why not go there and vote on it...
